KableTV.me supports Android Firesticks, Android Smartphones, and Smart TV’s running an Android (FireTV) OS. If your Smart TV is ROKU or another Operating System, simply stick a Firestick into an unused HDMI, tell it to start-up on that INPUT (HDMI) and install our APP by first downloading DOWNLOADER from the Play Store, then use DOWNLOADER to install the KableTV.me APP. This two stage process is required because our APP is not available on the Amazon Play Store.

During the Installation process you will need to assume Developer access to the FireStick and ‘ALLOW APPS FROM UNKNOWN SOURCES’, so that it will let you install our app, as it DOES NOT EXIST on the Amazon Play Store.

If you submit a ticket for technical support or account activation, you can expect a response within 1 to 2
hours. We aim to reply within an hour of receiving a ticket. Please be aware that during busy periods, response
times may extend.

To ensure a smooth streaming experience with IPTV, we recommend having an internet connection with a
speed between 30 to 50 Mbps. If your internet speed falls below 20 Mbps, you are likely to encounter
buffering issues. This higher speed range helps to maintain consistent quality and uninterrupted service. 
But then.. it’s also Internet based Television emanating from who knows where with who knows how many people watching it at any given time.. Often times a glitch happens which resolves itself quickly or a  simple re-load of the channel solves the problem. Maybe try backing out and reloading it.. clearing cache – but not APP data.. Sometimes people als DOWNLOAD a program rather than stream it.. and then forget to figure out how to delete it before they run out of space on their Firestick.

Also: Wi-fi hates Glass, Mirrors and other interference like.. ceramic tile on walls, and walls with a lot of concrete, or distance even greatly reduces the transmission of Wi-Fi radio waves.. perhaps upgrade the Wi-Fi by installing a proper MESH solution in your home.
